Breakfast foods- Pancakes, Fritters, Waffles, & French Toast

Pumpkin pancakes:

Lemon & Blueberry French Toast Bake:

Topping is supposed to be brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.  Instead put 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar into a 1/3 cup measure and then fill the rest with unsweetened coconut flakes. Mix with the 2 tbsp flour and sprinkle over top.
